I am Surya Prakash Rao, Professor of Law, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. The purpose of this blog is to disseminate the need for 'Samaikya Andhra Pradesh' atleast until the democratic development decentralisation percolates to the grassroot level. Knowingly or unknowingly development was centralised with a focus on areas like Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam. Therefore, abrupt division of the state would perpetuate the imbalances-social and economic. All these problems of all the regions within the state could be solved if addressed properly. hence the need for this blog to express my opnions based on concrete research and to elicit comments on the same for a constructive dialogue.
